Well Christmas is well and truly round the corner! Dan is away in Auckland so after a LONG hard day at work I went to the mall to do some Christmas shopping. It was rather a momentous occasion which I am sure the Brits amongst you will not totally get until you have been to NZ where there are hardly any queues but I had to queue for 20 minutes to get a park and then 10 minutes in Whitcouls (NZ Smiths) to buy something! It felt like real Christmas shopping (the fact that I was in jandals was a bit wierd but none the less standing in a long line of people was somewhat comforting!)
Well as part of the festivities we hit Christmas in the park with all the Audreys this year! My gran and also Audrey Moorby Dan's colleagues mum!

It was (as last year) freezing but we had a good old giggle, sing along and a boogie! We were much more prepared this year and took chairs, picnic blanket and LOTS of food and drink!
