What have been doing.......

...........well quite a lot really!
It has been a busy few weeks with lots of very nice things going on. The weekend of our trip to Tekapo was Paul's 30th birthday so we came home, showered and headed out to the barbeque to end all barbeques! We certainly celebrated in style and ate til we dropped! In true English style as soon as the food came out it started to rain however spirits were not dampened and we just moved inside!

Waitangi day saw our first Kiwi wedding! Our friends Carley and (DR) Michael got married! I met Carley when I was working at the physio dept and got to know Michael after putting through his calls to Carley! They also go to the same church as us and are in the same small group so it was very exciting to see them get hitched! We got to know them particularly well and saw them at their most competive a few weeks ago when we had friends round and played rapidough! Awesome game but VERY competive!

The tension mounts! Slight problem for me, as it was the day I got sick so I couldn't make the reception but did make the ceremony which was gorgeous! It was really lovely to be there and also to hang out with friends! Carley and Dad

A wonderful time! A really really happy and blessed wedding! Even the dog got to join in in giving the rings and I loved the cars well I should say vehicles....two Land Rovers! Classic! Anyway, seems I am running out of time to post and I need to head off to bed so am going to have to catch up with the coast to coast tales in the next installment!!!
