We are back! Hooray!

We have had an absolutely fantastic holiday! It was so lovely to have a whole week together and to also be in a new place! It was real quality time and I felt so blessed and so privileged! We had fun just hanging out, talking, listening and sharing what we'd been thinking and pondering on! It was amazing how much there was to catch up on! I think we had let life and work take over.......not doing that again and we're looking forward to making more time in the normalness of life rather than having to travel miles to get it!! Though I'm sure we'll still be doing that too!

The weather was absolutely amazing, sunny and hot everyday and although it got dark around 7pm the evenings were warm and very pleasant!
We took some friendly advice from Bridget and Clayton and hired a car rather than just getting transfers and we were so glad we did! It gave us so much freedom! We had booked an economy manual so we were expecting a v small run about........to our surprise this is what we got!

Complete with classic quotes on the number plate. As I remember the British Colombia plates have a similar quote? Anyway we headed off up the Bruce highway, also called M1 (oh the irony!) absoultely loving having real slip roads and a 3 lane motorway! Noosa is about an hour North of Brisbane and right on the coast! After having a grogeous lunch on Hastings St we checked into the hotel. It was so much more than we could have imagined and we felt SO blessed! And that was the beginning of 8 days of bliss! We spent most of the time on the beach and in the sea (cooling off!) body surfing! We went to the world famous Eumundi Markets (500 stalls, entertainers food ets! everything made or produced locally!) wandered in Noosa National Park, read slept ate went for a couple of runs took in the scenery and local area! All in all a fab time! So enough ramblings for now I'm sure they'll be more to come!.....Here are some photos!
