Leaving

We had quite a full on final week in NZ which was to be expected! Lots of lovely food and great company! Once the shipping was packed we hit straight into eating and saying goodbye to people!

We had a fab meal at the Belgium Beer Bar with Helen and Paul and joined by Jo G for puds! Lots of fun and giggles and rich chocolatey puddings shared by all!

We said goodbye to our home group (a few times actually!) but the finale was at the airport!

We dropped Helen and Paul off at the airport for their trip home! Which considering we are going to see them again in the UK for their wedding was very emotional.

Dan and I then moved in with Roshan and Lottie which was a real treat to spend time with them. We were really blessed by the team at Grace Vineyard, the Cluster Leaders team and the church family, truly humbled by their words and generosity towards us. We are really going to miss being part of that family but secretly know we won't ever be too far away!

We also got to spend some lovely time with Bridget, Clayton, Josh, Harry and Jake!Yet another real wrench to leave such fantastic people. We were able to partake in our final New Wah however, breaded sole..........not sure I'll taste anything as good!

And then it was time to leave............ I think we both cried leaving Auckland, it was bizarre as it didn't quite feel real but at the same time somewhere inside
