Chilled times and birthdays!

So it has been quite a busy time recently, lots of things on and work taking up all of the rest of our time! We have however managed to fit in some great time with friends though! Sunday lunch, dinners out, wine, coffee, rugby evenings but to name a few!I had an absolutely fantastic birthday and felt truly pampered and so blessed by so many wonderful people especially my wonderful dan! I was a VERY lucky girl and received pressies to open sent from near and afar! I even had pressies at work and a birthday cake made by Bridget...totally scrummy and had happy brithday sung to me in a meeting! Not your average work birthday! Needless to say the cake didn't last long!

My official party was the following saturday, dinner and rugby at ours! All Blacks v Australia...a significant day in the NZ calendar! It was great fun and a great opportunity to hang out with friends! AND for the first time ever I had mulled wine on my birthday (made from scrath none the less....you can't get sachets here!)! AND I had another Cake too, made by the lovely Rachel and iced by the wonderful Helen! With extra special candles too! All in all a really wonderful birthday week and Andrew Moorby would say!
