And today it was hot enought to bike to work in shorts! Though am not sure how road wise this was, I am currently "revising" for my theory test which I am taking this afternoon (you can only drive for 12 months on a UK licence before you become "illegal"!) and have been reading about sunstrike. Temporary "blindness" (?!!) due to sun glare. Now taking into consideration the brightness of the sun combined with the whitness of my legs, this may have been a dangerous decision to have made this morning! Note to self, must work on tan!

Also today it is a year since we left the UK! Actually if we actually go specifically by time I was probably curled up on the bathroom floor trying to sleep due to being too lazy to walk up the stairs for the umpteenth time knowing full well I was going to have come all the way back down in 20 minutes due to, shall we say nerve induced symptoms......sorry I'll go no further! But we had had our lets pack away the house party so we had said goodbye to everyone except my Dad! you will all never know how much we appreciated your amazing company that night! Thank you! Gosh time flies, and we miss you all lots! so many people who are such a bit part of our lives that we haven't seen for so long (we hope you all know who you are!). Thank goodness for the internet, phone and webcams!
