We think it is important to mark today, the day we never saw in 2005! We were somewhere caught up in the international timeline and it never existed for us! So nice to have lived it in 2006!
AND we are both legal NZ drivers having passed (with flying colours) our NZ theory driving tests! I did feel like I was 17 again though and walked rather sheepishly to sign in for the test! Let's hope I don't look 17 on the photo though..... And to think we'll be able to buy alcohol without having to take our passports to the supermarket with us! You have no idea how many times we have had to return the bottle of pinot to the shelf once we have reached the till to find we didn't have our passports! (apparently a UK drivers licence isn't proof enough, obviously being that the difference is that it is pink not green and has the EU symbol instead of the kiwi flag!)
